Answer common queries with a well-organized FAQ list. When a new question arises, add the question and the answer to the list, and encourage customers to visit your website when they want more information. This proactive approach has the potential to reduce some of the distraction associated with repetitive inquiries received through incoming phone calls and emails.

Broadcast Email
The Broadcast Email module is designed to send emails to large groups of people. It's easy to create a special promotion or send out a monthly newsletter. You can send plain text or visually-rich HTML messages. Subscribers are added to your mailing list using a verified opt-in approach to prevent false or abusive signups. Every mailing has simple one-click removal instructions automatically appended.

Forms
Every website has a contact form, right? But where does the information go when your visitor clicks submit? Usually, the form is converted to an email and deposited in somebody's mailbox where it becomes lost among the hundreds of other emails and spam. Not with Freedom. All form data is collected into a database and marked with the date and time. This permanent record of communication can be exported into common formats. Oh, and you can still get a copy as an email, if you prefer.

Ecommerce/Shopping
This is the ideal way to sell your merchandise online. Freedom's storefront system is simple for you to maintain and easy for your customers to use. Accept payments from PayPal, or from a number of popular credit card service companies.

Article Collections
Whenever you have a collection of documents that are related, such as press releases, news articles, hints and tips, how-to's and recipes, put them into an article collection. A table of contents is automatically generated, and you can feature the top articles as a teaser list on the home page, or anywhere else on your site. Articles can contain richly formatted text and images, and are searchable using the site search function.

Directory
Directories are very versatile databases that can be customized to suit your individual needs. They can be used to display a list of locations where your company can be found, or other companies that may be affiliated with your own. Each listing with a street address is an automatic link to view a map of, or driving directions to, that location. A directory can be used as a virtual Yellow Pages of organization members. You can optionally provide members access to maintain their own listings.

Photo Gallery
Easily add any number of pictures to your site and add captions and descriptions. Thumbnails are automatically created whether you upload one image at a time, or a zip file containing dozens. Use the gallery to display pictures of events, products, or to create an online presentation or slideshow.

Events Calendar and Online Registration
If your business or organization holds occasional or recurring events, you know how time consuming it can be to coordinate the people attending, the locations and ticket distribution when required. Freedom's calendar provides a powerful mechanism for making event listings and registration available on your site. Visitors can view upcoming schedules in numerous formats, and populate their Microsoft Outlook calendar with events from your website with a single click. Ticket distribution ties in with the commerce module, and registrant information is available in a comprehensive report.
